Dangote Group's listed subsidiaries operate independent dividend policies approved by their respective Boards and consistent with Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requirements. Dividends are declared in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and paid to shareholders on the register at the record date. Dividends are subject to withholding tax at the applicable rate under Nigerian tax law.
